Meet the Founder!
Hi there! I'm Abby, the founder of Wheelhaus Needlepoint and the artist behind the designs! I'm a Grand-millennial needlepoint designer, painter, and avid stitcher who's guilty of the RSF (resting stitch face).
My journey through textiles and design has always sort of intertwined. I like to say that I found my way to needlepoint through my textile genetics, my graphic design background, and fine arts background. It's in my wheelhaus!
My favorite canvases to design, illustrate northeast coastal and southern charm with a tinge of cheekiness—“Oh nauti-nauti!” All of my designs cater to that bespoke nature of needlepoint, making it feel that, that canvas was specially designed, painted, and packaged just for you.
