Canvases will be restocked based on demand. If we feel that there is a need for more of a certain design based on inquiry we will be restocking. Restocking turnaround times vary and depends on the turnaround times of the vendor. If there is something that you are looking for please don't hesitate to reach out! 

At this time we do not offer finishing serivces, however we are happy to provide a list of very talented finishers per your needs.

We currently offer DMC floss for most of our 18 mesh canvases due to its accessibility and added costs to the buyer. We believe that canvases and kits should be cost efficient and assessable for everyone. DMC floss offers great coverage and color variety for 18 mesh, all while being cost efficient. We offer fiber recs for other brands if you rather kit your own with what is available at your LNS. Just DM us via Instagram or email us! 

At this time our current logistics do not support International orders. If you reside outside of the United States and see something that you wish to purchase, please contact us and we will provide a list of stores who supply our designs.

All non pre-order orders with ship within 5-7 days of recieving an order. 

Due the custom nature of needlepoint we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges. 

When we process your order for shipping you will receive an email with tracking info. Use the tracking info to help pinpoint your order's arrival date and location.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
