While many of our canvases are still created using the traditional way of hand-painted method, we’re also exploring ways to bring our designs to you quicker and hopfully more affordably!

The StitchPerfect printing technique is an advanced process designed to replicate the look and vibrancy of true hand-painting. Each stitch intersection is carefully rendered to appear as though it were individually painted by hand, resulting in a canvas that maintains the same beautiful, high-quality appearance you expect.

With StitchPerfect, you get the consistency of precision production without the error or mis-painting that can come with hand-painting. This method also allows us to produce canvases more efficiently, reduce restock wait times, and keep production in America, helping to avoid tariffs.

Canvases will be restocked based on demand. If we feel that there is a need for more of a certain design based on inquiry we will be restocking. Restocking turnaround times vary and depends on the turnaround times of the vendor. If there is something that you are looking for please don't hesitate to reach out! 

At this time we do not offer finishing serivces, however we are happy to provide a list of very talented finishers per your needs.

We strive to fulfill orders within 7–10 business days of order date. Due to increased demand and the growing popularity of needlepoint, some orders may take up to three weeks to ship.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update. 

Pre-orders ship out 1–6 months after an order is made.

When we process your order for shipping you will receive an email with tracking info. Use the tracking info to help pinpoint your order's arrival date and location.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Have you received an email saying your order is in our shipping queue, but the tracking hasn’t updated or shows “Waiting for Item”?

No worries! This simply means your shipping label has been created and your order is being carefully packed and prepared for its journey. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to reflect movement.

If you don’t see an update after 48 hours, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help. Rest assured, your order is on its way!

Due the custom nature of needlepoint we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges. 

At this time our current logistics do not support International orders. If you reside outside of the United States and see something that you wish to purchase, please contact us and we will provide a list of stores who supply our designs.
