We strive to fulfill orders within 7–10 business days of order date. Due to increased demand and the growing popularity of needlepoint, some orders may take up to three weeks to ship.
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. We are only able to ship to the address you provided during checkout. If you have still not received your canvas one week after your shipping confirmation, please contact us. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update.
Pre-orders ship out 1–6 months after an order is made.
We cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified during checkout.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has possession of the order. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
