• SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: Shipping timelines may vary, though we typically ship orders out 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Preorders have longer timelines. Stay up to date on shipping turnarounds via Instagram @wheelhausneedlepoint.

Returns: At this time, due the custom nature of needlepoint we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been shipped.
